Jason Fitzgerald, Creator of Strength Running, joins Host, Coach Alli, to discuss how runners need to incorporate strength training programs in conjunction with solely running, and different methods to incorporate these programs systematically.
After being injured for six months from an ITB injury, and after finishing the 2008 TCS New York City Marathon, Jason created Strength Running. His goal and mission are to help other runners avoid the mistakes that almost took away his running to help others run injury-free for life.
