Russell Earnshaw (aka Rusty) is a Heineken Cup winning player, who has coached England Men’s Sevens, u18s & u20s. Recently he has worked with Eddie Jones and the England senior team, Liverpool fc and other Premier League soccer teams.

We chat about how you can become a more skillful and adaptable player, and also how as a coach you can help players be their best selves. After winning a Heineken cup in his early 20s, Rusty didn’t kick on at the top end of the game and instead dropped down the divisions, he chats about why this was and the learnings he took from it.
