I’d like to talk about the distractions that I have during depression, and in this case I have been and am guilty of hiding in the discord server. I will be sharing how I would be addressing my depression and how do I move towards snapping out of this… into a better person.

My struggles with connecting with people and opening up during my depression phase. Addressing my past trauma and things that fuel my self hatred and broke my self esteem.

This is my first running podcast, was recording while I was running so audio quality might be pretty bad, but it gets better after afew minutes! Talked about my year as a whole, how I’m trying to be better after relapse, improving myself, saying no to the wrong things and yes to the right things.

It’s hard to want to be alive sometimes, but at the same time it is amazing to feel alive. It’s something that I struggle with sometimes and also my issues with loneliness. I believe most of us love to be heard, and this is probably what pushes me to start my podcast.
