In today's episode, we are going to be discussing two major questions: What do I love? Why do I love? In our continuation in our study of 1 John 1, we learn that John is writing to people, children, young men and fathers, in the faith to not love the world but to love people... but why?

These verses are convicting because they state that as believers, we cannot love the Father and love the things of the world which are not from God. The things of this world are the opposite of Him and what He wants for us. They are passing away, along with the whole world. But GOD, His will and whoever does it, will abide forever. Let's dive into these verses together to learn how to love others and God, but not the fleeting things of this world.
