S05E01: The Comprehensive Cover 7 Package w/ Kyle Cogan (Benedictine College)

Season 5, Episode 1 is with Benedictine College Safeties Coach, Kyle Cogan. We discuss his entire Cover 7 package, which he splits into 4 categories: Cones, Brackets, Triangles, and Boxes.

The tools in the "Cone" family contain what he calls Indian, Switch, and Outlaw with soft vs. hard call/aggressive vs. passive. The "Bracket" family tools are CC, Connie, Stubbie, and Robber. The "Triangle" family tools are Cop, Thief, Trooper, and Steal. And the "Box" family contains the Meg, Mod, Mix, Box, Clamp, Stump, and Bingo tools. Coach Cogan also discusses Bongo calls (2-on-2) and the rules for Cover 7, weak, as well as motion adjustments.
