Aki Ito is a reporter and columnist with Insider. Aki writes and covers issues that are topical and timely around workplace and careers, and has written about a number of workplace trends that have picked up in the modern media around topics including the great resignation and quiet quitting.

During our conversation, Aki spoke about some of her thoughts on the workplace, and we delved in depth into evaluating the topic of “our relationship with work” as well as what is changing, and what is new about today’s state of the workplace.
