In this episode, we are chatting with Anna Steidl, LPCC. We are covering all things surrounding attachment styles. We'll review the 4 different styles: Anxious, Avoidant, Disorganized and Secure. We'll dive in to where they stem from, how each one shows up in relationships and then match up different ones to see which tend to be the most successful matches and which ones may tend to be problematic. Finally, Anna walks us through some helpful steps to take that you may help you move from one of the insecure attachments to a more secure style.
