The guys sit down with one of the pioneers of modern snow management, Randy Strait.  Randy takes us on his journey from his start as an eight year old with a shovel, to becoming the monster snow management company Arctic is today.  He also explains how his needs for his own company turned into developing snow products that changed the way the industry today handles snow.
