Should therapists stick with "what we've always done"? or should we step out and try new, modern approaches that may be considered "taboo" in some ways? As a scholar-practitioner, I always encourage therapists to stay grounded in research-based approaches - however, I think we can sometimes get laser-focused on our "traditional" ways of doing therapy whilst missing some new approaches. I am so grateful that Amanda Kostura joined to talk more about ways we might consider alternatives to the traditional approaches.
As always, thanks for tuning in, folks!! Your support matters more than you know!
