When Amber asked her boyfriend for space he accused her of cheating and became manipulative and angry. During the relationship he prevented her from leaving her house, verbally abused her, threw a coffee pot at her, threatened suicide, and even jumped out of her moving car. He was diagnosed with a personality disorder and Amber petitioned for his hospitalization but instead, he called 911 on her claiming she was suicidal. He left her voicemails telling her to kill herself, and also pleaded to meet him in person for closure.
