  • Tim says it’s a tough time, it’s the nature of the business but he is close with Lewis Martin
  • Tim and Lewis have been at Ch 7 for a similar amount of time – and they have a boss / friendship type relationship and Tim can’t speak highly enough of him
  • Garry discussed the importance of respecting your boss, elders, coach etc.
  • Tough discussions and debate – need to come from the right place
  • Discussion re: the rivalry between Ch 7 and Ch 9 – Tim even tried to not watch the footy when Ch 9 got the rights!
  • Garry reminisced about the day he got the call that Ch 9 got the rights to the footy
