Todd is a professor of theology and the director of the master of theology program at Western Seminary in Portland, OR. He has an MDiv from Western Seminary and PhD from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Todd is the author of several books including his recent book Cannabis and the Christian: What the Bible Says about Marijuana, which forms the topic of our conversation
