In this week's episode, Liz and Sarah talk to two trailblazers in the digital mental health space. In the first part, they interview Zach Schleien, founder of the Slack-based mental health community known as 18percent. Zach founded the company after the passing of his close friend, Louis.
In the second part of the episode, Liz and Sarah interview Elettra Bianchi Dennerlein, founder of the U.K.'s premiere virtual therapy app, "My Online Therapy". Elettra built the idea for an online therapy service after several months of speaking to her therapist via Skype.
