Season 2 BABY!! I am so thrilled to be kicking off another season of with you guys — big "thank you" to so many of you who made the 1st season such a success!! I’m back this season with a different role in the Navy (yes!! I'm still keeping it a secret!!), in a new city, a different stress-load, + of course, all new life-lessons for you guys. 

This episode is vulnerable, it's raw, it's my heart + soul pouring out what has happened in the first 3 months of 2021. I faced 3 difficult challenges + worked hard to keep a positive mindset. I prayed, cried, I stressed, and I opened my heart to a new opportunity. This premiere is all about catching you up on what’s happened since season 1: how I got through one of the worst cyber bullies, I share how I was selected for my new billet in the Navy, + why I refuse to let others get me down. 

How to work through Life's biggest challenges? In this episode, I'll dive into it all:

1. Give yourself grace.

2. Use your intention to fuel your mission.

3. Hold onto your faith during the unknown.
