When I was a kid I always used to hate when I got growing pains more than anything. I remember those periods of time feeling physically uncomfortable and I could never get any sleep. It's interesting because most of those same sensations and then some come rushing when we experience growing pains as an adult. But its the spurt of new life and possibilities that comes out the other side that gets us through it.
