Dr. Julie Brown. Dr. Brown created a structured literacy program at a high school in Vermont and has since shared her success in teaching adolescents through conferences, webinars, and consulting.  Dr. Brown is currently involved in PALS which is the Project for Adolescent Literacy. The project strives to bring together educators that are interested in reaching our adolescent learners.
