Tandiwe Matshebela is currently a Director at a top 5 law firm in Sandton. She was born and raised in Tembisa where she completed her primary and high schooling career. She obtained her LLB with distinction from the University of Limpopo and she also has an LLM in corporate law from University of Witwatersrand.

Tandiwe’s main areas of practice are Insolvency, Business Rescue & Restructuring. She specialises in all areas of corporate and commercial litigation, including mining-related litigation; company-law-related litigation; contractual litigation; and shareholder and directors’ litigation. She also advises on corporate law and governance-related litigation; insolvency law; business rescue and restructuring; corporate fraud and business crimes; and financial regulations compliance.
