Happy Valentines Day! 

I know Valentines Day can be an interesting time with some people loving it and using it as an opportunity to share their appreciation and love of their spouses, partners, and relationships while other people dislike the overcommerialization and may feel alone and left out. 

Regardless of your views on Valentines Day itself, I thought it would be a good opportunity  to share some of my insights and thoughts on love, relationships, and communication that I have gained from 8 years of marriage.
