Ruth has spent over 20 years as a student, a practitioner and a leader in the area of Christian spirituality and spiritual formation. Some highlights from our conversation: We talk about Ruth’s personal experience with Sabbath and how she resisted practicing Sabbath for many years. We discuss the theology of Sabbath.
