In this episode of Living Life Naturally, we're exploring one of the most overlooked parts of wellness for women in midlife: sacred rest.

So often, women are told that if they're exhausted, they simply need to sleep more, push through less, or "take better care of themselves." But midlife depletion is rarely that simple. Many women are carrying mental overload, emotional strain, sensory fatigue, decision fatigue, and the invisible weight of always being the one who holds things together.

That kind of tired runs deep.

In this episode, I'm unpacking the difference between sleep and real rest, why so many women in midlife feel depleted in ways they can't quite explain, and how sacred rest can become a gentle but powerful support for your overall wellbeing.

This is an honest, supportive conversation about learning to step out of survival mode and into a more sustainable rhythm — one that includes space to restore, breathe, and come back to yourself.
