Sadler's Lectures

This lecture discusses key ideas from the medieval monk, theologian, philosopher, and educator Alcuin of York's work, On Virtues and Vices.

Specifically it examines his discussion in chapters 6-9 of peace, mercy, remission/forgiveness, and patience. All of these have to do with our involvements with other people, particularly those who wrong us or those who we could show mercy towards.
