Sam Baker is a journalist, broadcaster and former editor and chief of some of the UK’s biggest women’s magazines before launching the former women’s lifestyle platform ‘The Pool’ with co-founder and radio broadcaster Lauren Laverne. Sam is now the host presenter The Shift’  a podcast which delves into the challenges over 40, including going through menopause. 

The Influential Women’s Podcast talks to Sam about her women’s lifestyle platform ‘The Pool’ which was ahead of its time and her new venture ‘The Shift’ which explores the unspoken difficulties which women face when going through the menopause.
