What is Livin?

LIVIN was founded on the Gold Coast, Australia in honour of a great man Dwayne Lally who like many others took his life after living in silence from a mental illness. LIVIN is all about living your life at the top and breaking the stigma around mental health. Connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about their feelings and challenges because “It Ain’t Weak to Speak”. Through the development of cutting edge education programs, apparel and community awareness initiatives, LIVIN are launching a generational change. Let’s unite to help people start LIVIN again.

Sam is not only the founder but he is a huge part of the operations that continue to grow Livin & spread their message. 

He now finds himself livin in the bright lights of West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Sam isn't shy to admit they still have a lot of work to do in our home country of Australia but is excited to take the amazing work that Livin is doing into the US.

In this episode we covered the origin story of Livin, Sam's personal approach to health & well being & how his time as a contestant on the Aussie reality series 'Survivor' taught him the power of vulnerability & trust in tackling tough conversations surrounding mental health.

I credit Sam for the human being he is. A big heart, an infectious personality & a drive to positively impact others. He's the type of guy you want to be following & learning from. I look forward to watching his growth & the journey moving forward.
