Sarah Anne Stewart is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Weight Loss Expert, Founder of the Holistically Slim Movement™, Retreat Guide, Foodie, World Traveler & a former model.. - In this interview we sit down with her in her beautiful Hollywood Hills home to hear about her inspirational story & message about the power of MINDFULNESS as it relates to TRUE success in life, business & most importantly - health. - Sarah started a modeling career at the age of 15 and for 10 years she experienced traveling the world, partying, meeting new people, and being successful... BUT deep down inside she was extremely unhappy. Unfortunately, Sarah’s career made her feel like she was constantly being judged and she developed an eating disorder that ruined her health. One day Sarah decided enough was enough and that she needed to turn her life around. To this day she has not looked back.

Sarah has committed herself to helping others achieve their dreams while simultaneously remaining healthy, mindful, and happy so that they will live a more fulfilling life. Her passion for helping others has not only brought her true happiness, but also success.
