The simplest way I know is to begin saying NO to the things you do not want to experience!

My spiritual teacher, the late Rev. Ann Jefferson, taught me the spiritual healing power of saying NO to circumstances that do not align with health, wealth, and happiness. I am SO grateful that she did because I have been able to experience so many miracles in my life through this simple technique.

1) The word NO has great healing power! Whenever something appears in your life that you do not wish to experience, immediately say NO to it, either mentally or aloud. When we experience something like an unexpected bill and immediately begin to worry, we are saying YES to that experience without knowing it!

2) Your subconscious mind cannot filter out information, that is the job of the conscious mind. When you see an ad for an illness or hear bad news about the economy, immediately say CANCEL, NOT TRUE FOR ME! This cancels that negative thought from being planted in your subconscious mind. 3) Saying no can feel hard, especially for women who were raised to be polite and to make others comfortable. But you don't have to say anything to anyone else, only yourself. Begin the practice of saying NO and CANCEL to yourself and watch the miracles unfold.
