Our world is ungodly and evil and it seems to reward those who pander to evil and ungodliness more than to those who abhor those traits. Thus we see many being wicked and evil and prospering even as they become more greedy and oppressive, and it's very tempting to adopt that modus operandi, so that we too can become prosperous. But friends, that's an evil scheme, one of Satan's deceitful ways to catch us in his evil trap. He knows that we enjoy the riches and pleasures of the world, and he will set all the goodies before us to entice us to fall for his evil ways. But please don't. And yes, it's not easy to see the wicked prospering and still stay faithful to Christ. But we must, because in the long run the wicked will be destroyed, but the faithful and righteous will inherit the earth. The Lord has promised it, and He never reneges on His promises. So please, let's stand strong and steadfast, and with the Lord's awesome help, turn away from the evil and ungodliness of this world. Much LOVE!

The world is too perfectly set up to have simply evolved from whatever the evolutionists believe it evolved from. Such perfection had to be created and made just right so that everything could revolve in a never ending cycle, not left to simply and hopefully occur. And the ONLY BEING capable of doing such a marvellous, magnificent and extraordinary job is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob! And in any case, even if the world evolved, it must have evolved from something, begun somewhere, and the question is where is the somewhere and what began it? And if it's the Big Bang like some believe, then who caused that big bang eh? Did it just appear from out of nowhere and explode on its own? Hardly likely. Something or someone must have set it up and set it off. And again, the only logical answer is a Supreme Being, a Supreme Being like our wonderful God Jehovah! So however you slice or dice it, it all points right back to our great God! (smile) Much LOVE!

Now, at the time of creation, God did give mankind dominion over the land and all that therein is, but never total control of the universe. And with the advent of sin and man's evil behaviour and arrogant attitude, he's gotten too big for His britches and forgotten who's the true ruler of the universe. He's so proud and arrogant that he's fooled himself into thinking that he could remove God from the society. Hn! That recalls the stupidity and greed for power that caused Satan to try to overthrow God in heaven when he was the archangel Lucifer. Why do these creations get so full of themselves and believe that they can overthrow their Creator eh? And mankind certainly hasn't learned from the downfall of Lucifer from the hallowed halls of heaven to the depths of fiery hell! Please, lets wake up and learn that we cannot fight God and win! That will always be a losing proposition. Much LOVE!

Christ's Church is one body and consequently needs to be united in all aspects of its organization. That's the ONLY way it will survive and move ahead. Unfortunately though, dissensions and divisions are wrife within the body of Christ, and that can only spell less godly power and more problems with the devil. Unless we come together very soon, especially with the large amount of apostasy, or turning away from God, now happening, there will be very little or no faith when Christ returns. And that's something we definitely don't want to happen. So please, let's wake up from our lethargy and get together and seriously and sincerely do our bounden duty nuh. That's live for Christ! Jesus is the believer's EVERYTHING! And until you believe that, and put all His promises into action in your life, you won't be able to live the abundant life He died for us to have. And you can't believe until you know the Word. Thus it is of the utmost importance to read and study it; have it at your fingertips, or the tips of your tongue, so that you can use them to stand strong and steadfast as life's tough situations arise and threaten to defeat our faith. Christ is our Redeemer because He bought back our sins from the bondage or slavery in which Satan had us enmeshed. Without His redemptive work, shedding His sinless blood on the cross of Calvary, we would never have been set free from Satan and our sinful behaviour, although sadly, too many of us still cling to those evil and ungodly ways. But Jesus and the Father LOVED us so much that they paid the exorbitant price to purchase our sin debt in full. And for that we ought to be everlastingly thankful and live for them with LOVE and obedience as our number one priorities. That's the only way to repay a tad of what Christ and the Father did for us. And please note that it's ONLY A TAD - if so much, that we can ever repay! Much LOVE!

When we obey God we see His favour on our lives. Likewise, when we disobey Him, get too proud and haughty to listen to him, our lives are filled with sadness and disappointment. That means it's wise to place all our trust in God and do as He says, for He is the ruler of the universe and has total power over our lives. Disobedience will always bring disappointment. Please, let's remember that today and everyday! Much LOVE!

Oh friends, Jesus is the best example of compassion that there ever was, or ever will be. And compassion is simply doing something to help others instead of just talking it. It obviously entails putting out something of ourselves, be it time, money or talents, but to be a true disciple of Christ we must be willing to sacrifice on His behalf. And that's where so many of us fall down. We always want to receive, but very seldom desire to give. Remember though that Jesus said it's better to give than receive. And if we would just think of the terrible state of ungodliness and evil that currently envelops our world, we would see that compassion is one of the many and easiest ways to stop our downward slide into hellfire and damnation. So please, let's get serious and begin following Jesus' example of compassion nuh. We will all be well rewarded eventually! Much LOVE!

Many of us pray for earthly stuff like wealth and long life, joy and happiness, and nothing's really wrong with that, but we also need to pray for the spiritual aspects of our lives. That we will increase in spiritual knowledge and wisdom, become closer to God, and walk more purposefully in the Spirit, rather than in the flesh. Spiritual maturity, that's growing in Christlikeness ought to be our number one concern, which means sincerely walking in the power of the Holy Spirit and being worthy of God's goodness, or bearing good spiritual fruit for His kingdom. The things of the world are important, but not as important as living sincerely for God, and if we do that, He's promised that He will meet all of our earthly needs. Now it's left up to us to decide whether or not we believe God's promise, and how we're going to live this life. Wisdom dictates that we should believe God, for He always delivers on His promises! Faith is the engine that drives us forward with God, but like all engines it must be fed with fuel, eg. the Word of God, prayer and thanksgiving. And as our faith increases, we learn how to better listen to God and what to ask for and what not to ask for. Unfortunately though, the desires of our hearts are not always in our best interests, and we can ask for the wrong thing, and if we're adamant enough, the Lord might just give it to us, so we can feel the negative consequences. Hopefully that will teach us a useful lesson, but it's so much better to listen to God and obey him right away, than having to go through the fire of negative results first. So please, let's increase our faith by spending more time with God and thus enjoy more of His goodness and mercy. That's wisdom in spades! Much LOVE!
