Although it feels like the Seahawks completely whiffed in losing Will Fries to the Minnesota Vikings, Josh Jones offers a potential upgrade over George Fant and Stone Forsythe - a new member of the Giants. A couple different options remain, but there are some questions surrounding the toughness and scheme fit of those two players. The Seahawks defense got a boost with the signing of DeMarcus Lawrence.
