The final episode of 2024. 

This conversation is an inside-look at the inner-workings of The Running Effect in 2024. I share things publically for the first time about the inner workings of the podcast/business and some of the biggest ups and downs of 2024. 

It's an in-depth conversation with my mentor, Alex Ostberg who has graced this platform more times than I can count at this point. 

If you're not familiar with Alex, he is a seven-time All-American who holds PRs of 3:58 in the Mile, 7:49 in the 3k, and 13:18 in the 5k. He has a Bachelor's Degree in human biology, a minor in psychology, and a master's in public health. Alex graduated from Stanford before getting his masters from the University of North Carolina. Earlier this year, Alex accepted a position as an Assistant Coach at Nike's Bowerman Track Club. 

The first half of this conversation is dedicated to a recap of 2024 for The Running Effect, and the back half is a back-and-forth between Alex and me on our three biggest lessons/insights from the year.
