Of all the toxic things the Biden wrecking operation has inflicted on our country, one of the most corrosive is its relentless, further undermining of the principle of “equal justice under law.”

In practice, this entails federal law enforcement treating dramatically differently alleged wrongdoing by prominent Republicans and Democrats.

The latest examples involve the Justice Department’s reported plans to indict former President Donald Trump on the absurd proposition that he engaged in a seditious conspiracy to overthrow our government on January 6th.

Meanwhile, unidentified whistleblowers have revealed that the DoJ and FBI have studiously ignored hard evidence that Hunter Biden and “the Big Guy” – his father, Joe – have actually sold out our country to its mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party.

Biden’s weaponizing of our system of justice really will take down our Constitutional Republic, and embolden the CCP to pile on.

A new McLaughlin poll commissioned by our Committee on the Present Danger: China has several impressive – and potentially politically consequential – findings:

First, 60 percent of those sampled agreed that the Chinese Communist Party deliberately unleashed the COVID-19 virus on the world.

Second, 60 percent also agreed that the CCP should be held accountable for the deaths of roughly 1 million Americans, the immense economic damage and the loss of personal freedoms caused by the pandemic.

And third, roughly 70 percent said they or their family had been negatively affected by the pandemic.

What makes these data remarkable – and actionable – is that, for the better part of three years, virtually every media and governmental instrument available has relentlessly disinformed, discouraged and outright “cancelled” such sentiments.

Finally, 76 percent said that a candidate’s position on China would be “important” or “a consideration” in their vote.

Every American has a stake in the answer to this question: Should infants as young as six-months-old be injected with the Covid vaccines the Food and Drug Administration has recently approved?

After all – even if you are not the parent of a child now eligible to receive vaccines authorized by the FDA without adequate testing – you and the rest of our society will wind up bearing the costs of inflicting on our kids potentially profoundly debilitating illnesses and the associated human and financial costs.

Such real risks are to be incurred in order to protect them against the statistically negligible likelihood of contracting this disease, let alone suffering seriously from it.

World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus helped the Chinese Communist Party impose the “China Model” worldwide by blessing its unprecedented – and devastatingly counterproductive – program of lockdowns, mask mandates, compulsory jabs with inadequately tested and problematic “vaccines” and enforcement via “vaccine passports.”

As our new book, The CCP is at War with America, makes clear, China’s Model also enabled electoral arrangements and political abuses that contributed to Donald Trump’s defeat. Could another mishandled pandemic have similar effects in the 2022 elections?

We may be about to find out. Dr. Tedros has just declared – reportedly over the objections of a majority of his advisory panel – a new global health emergency involving Monkeypox. If we don’t get back to pandemic responses that actually work, we may be doomed not only to more CCP-style lockdowns and passports, but more stolen elections.

Joe Biden said yesterday that he has cancer. The White House responded that what he meant to say was that he had skin cancer in the past. Neither is acknowledging that the President appears today to have rapidly accelerating, and debilitating, dementia.

We cannot safely navigate the growing dangers worldwide with our present leadership and its policies. We must move now to put a new, competent and patriotic team in place that will actually protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The prospect of the seriously inadequate Kamala Harris becoming president necessitates the appointment and confirmation ASAP of a new, non-partisan vice president. The times require that it be someone with a robust national security background who will promise not to run in 2024 – ideally, a highly accomplished and regarded senior retired military officer like General Jack Keane.

President Biden is reportedly so frustrated that Senator Joe Manchin has stymied his so-called “climate change agenda” that he is prepared to declare a state of emergency to implement it without congressional action.

Exactly what that would mean is unclear. Presumably, sweeping measures will be mandated because President Biden insists, “the science is settled” and greenhouse gas emissions must be curbed. Expect mandates for further reductions in the use of fossil fuels.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is already proposing to penalize publicly traded companies for failing to get with the Green New Deal program.

But wait. Two of America’s most eminent scientists rebutted the SEC declaring, “There is no climate-related risk caused by fossil fuels and carbon dioxide” and that the adoption of the Commission’s proposed rule would cause “disastrous consequences for people worldwide.”

Say “No” to Joe.

Roger Robinson helped Ronald Reagan defeat the Soviet Union, the last totalitarian Communist regime that threatened to destroy America. Central to that accomplishment was a comprehensive effort to cut off the Kremlin’s cash flow from Western sources.

Today, Mr. Robinson is warning about what he says may be “the largest financial scandal in world history.” That would be the  underwriting from Wall Street that’s propping up an even greater threat: the Chinese Communist Party. He estimates between $3-6 trillion has been invested to date by U.S. sources in companies owned or controlled by the CCP.

What’s most scandalous is that, thanks to financiers like BlackRock’s Larry Fink, those sources include scores of millions of mostly unwitting American investors, among them now U.S. government and military personnel.

All other things being equal, we now know the answer to Benjamin Franklin’s famous admonition about whether we’ll be able to “keep” our constitutional republic.

New polling data suggests that, unless something dramatic changes among a generation or two of younger Americans, in due course, we will surrender our sovereignty, freedoms and country to new management.

According to a Heartland Institute-Rasmussen survey, a majority of us in the 19-39 age cohort want the United Nations to be responsible for safeguarding our civil rights.

That would be the end of the Constitution bequeathed to us by Franklin and the other Founders.

Instead of individuals we elect and who are, therefore, supposed to be accountable to us, we would be ruled by foreigners – most of whom, like the Chinese Communist Party, hate freedom.

The U.S. and Israeli governments declared for the umpteenth time today that Iran will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.  It ain’t necessarily so.

Israel’s Interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid is a leftist up for election. He’s happy to have a paper pretext not to act in the only way that will, at this point, prevent the mullahs from getting The Bomb at any time – namely, a full-scale assault on their nuclear weapons program.

President Biden is determined to prevent such an attack by Israel as his administration begs the Iranians to sign another bogus agreement forswearing taking that step.

The President’s promises to use all instruments of American power to prevent it may give unfounded hope to Israelis and others in the mullahs’ crosshairs. But its only practical effect will be to run out the clock on the preemption option.
