In the past, retailers sold their products based on features and benefits. However, with the way people purchase today, we need to change up this strategy. 

Bricks and mortar stores can sell their products by appealing to peoples' five senses, but that's not the case for e-commerce brands. 

We need to entice people to buy our products based on our images & video content, but also through the copy that we use throughout our website - what we call the transformational sell.
