I’m kicking off the first season with a 4 part series detailing our journey thus far with SPD. I get real raw and vulnerable sharing a lot of the behind the scenes in our first few years of Liliana’s SPD.

In this episode, I got extremely emotional remembering some of the darkest days in this whole journey. I share a lot of the frustration and other huge emotions that come up when I think about how impactful Liliana’s huge meltdowns were for us and what the turning point was.
