Andrew Cady, aka “Epic Mortgage Guy”, a Florida native, has been intricately involved with the local community for 20+ years while building his family business in the southeastern United States. In early 2015, Andrew found his passion in the mortgage business, quickly becoming one of the top single producers in the state followed by top in the country. Andrew has now truly mastered his profession. Andrew adopted a mantra early in his career: “I aim to make the closing room more of a celebration than a sigh of relief.” Andrew has done just that, as evidenced by more than 1000 five-star reviews he and his team have received. They speak volumes about the quality of service, passion, and communication he has provided not only for his clients, but also for the associated real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and title agents. 

Within the market as a whole, Andrew has developed a serious focus on our local veterans, as reflected in his oft quoted message to them: “VA mortgages are so often misunderstood and overcomplicated; I have a duty to fix that.”* His social media posts reflect that same commitment, often using the hashtag #ServingThoseWhoServe. Andrew’s endless hours spent educating and serving our local veterans have now resulted in his being named one of the top 25 VA lenders in the state of Florida by Ask a Lender in only his third year in the industry. 

Andrew also greatly enjoys quality time with his wife, Krystal, and their four beautiful children: Brandon, Elizabeth, Sophia, and Anna. Just as Andrew is totally involved with his work, so is he with his family: “Family time is everything!” He goes to an endless number of softball games, volleyball games, dance competitions, swim meets and also enjoys just relaxing at the beach with his family!
