Ciarra Morgan is the owner of Empowered Beginnings, located in Austin Texas. She is a wife and mother of two children: a twelve year old daughter and a four year old son. She is a birth and postpartum doula, HypnoBirthing child birth educator and pediatric sleep consultant. Ciarra was so empowered by the birth of her son that it sparked her to become a birth worker and start her own company!
