In 1937 Napoleon Hill wrote a book called Think & Grow Rich, after spending 20 years studying the lives of the most successful people of the day.

He claimed to have spoken to 500 millionaires.

It was in this spirit that we decided to run a feature called Property Adjectives from Episode 166 onwards.

The idea was that by asking each of our guests for the three traits they believe you need to succeed, we could compile a list of them for you to be a successful UK property investor too.
