Ron and Margaret Rudin are each four times married and four times divorced when they marry each other in 1987. Ron is a wealthy but frugal businessman, and Margaret owns an antique shop. Their marriage had its share of problems but it really started to sour after jealousy, bugged phone lines, and rumors of infidelity take their toll. The question becomes - will they make it out of this 5th marriage alive?
