Join Tony DUrso, Host of The Spotlight as he interviews Jocko Marcellino, founding member of Sha Na Na talking about their Rock & Roll Celebration and latest album, Rockin’ Christmas! Sha Na Na, a spin-off of the Columbia Kingsmen a cappella singing group, went on to worldwide acclaim performing at the original Woodstock Festival lineup in 1969. The Legendary '50s-Style Group went on stage just before Jimi Hendrix. They appeared in the mega hit film Grease from 1978, as Johnny Casino and the Gamblers, which contained 6 Sha Na Na versions of rock classics, and one original song, “Sandy,” co-written by Screamin’ Scott Simon for John Travolta to sing. Grease was nominated for a Grammy and certified eight times platinum. They also taped 97 episodes of their own TV series: The Sha Na Na TV Show in 1977 to 1981, which are still in worldwide syndication. Joining Tony as Special VIP Co-Host is The International Empowerment Speaker, Cynthia Mazzaferro!
