Dr. Debby Herbenick is an internationally recognized sexual and reproductive health professor, researcher, and educator. She is a tenured professor at the Indiana University School of Public Health and director of the Center for Sexual Health Promotion. Debby has 190+ scientific publications, and for more than 20 years, she has dedicated her efforts to understanding how people experience their bodies and sexual lives. 
To start things off, Josh recalls a time in Dr. Herbenick's class before asking about her background. Next, the guys delve into some of her research on the increase in aggressive sex such as choking and the societal causes behind it. Moving on, Casey asks about a study, Dr. Herbenick was part of, on the severe increase in sexlessness amongst young men. Josh asks if movies and culture have changed the expectations placed on men. 
Continuing forward, the guys get Dr. Herbenick's input on dating apps as well as helping women have good experiences in the bedroom.
