What did you think of this episode?
Are you taking advantage of sharing your faith in your writing?
Today’s guest explains how we can accomplish that and why it’s vital for our readers.
Welcome to Your Best Writing Life, an extension of the Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference held in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. I’m your host, Linda Goldfarb. Each week, I bring tips and strategies from writing and publishing industry experts to help you excel in your craft. I’m so glad you’re listening in. During this episode, you’ll learn about Sharing Your Faith Through Articles, Blogs, and Devotions.
My industry expert is Alice H. Murray, a retired adoption attorney who now pursues her passion for writing. She writes a weekly blog, a faith column, and numerous articles and devotions. Including "The Secret Of Chimneys," an annotated Agatha Christie mystery, and "God Adopted Us First," a 2025 adoption devotional.
Sharing Your Faith Through Articles, Blogs, and Devotions
1. Your best story/lesson to tell is what you have personally experienced.
2. It is crucial to keep in mind what your forum is (blog/devo/article) and who you are writing for.
