Colin Fassnidge joins Bianca, Ben and Lakey with the first episode of Kitchen Nightmares airing last night on channel 7. The show entails a journey of turning around struggling Australian restaurants.

Colin says “it’s a bit of tough love” but it’s heart-warming at the end. He says some of the buildings need a bulldozer. Some of the restaurants kick Colin out and says “mumma jo is pretty hardcore”.

He says not everyone does well out of the show as some of them are in $300,000 in debt. However, the change of attitude with the new fit outs is “the best thing out of the show”.
