I started a mom blog in 2012, which was a labor of love and joy. Then, I basically stopped blogging around 2020-2021. Something happened this week that through me out of alignment and while it was uncomfortable and sort of sucked the life out of my week's productivity, it was a blessing in disguise. Now, I know how it feels to feel out of alignment and I don't want to feel like that again. On today's episode I talk about the experience and the strategies I'm using to reset.
Letting go of old patterns and methods of control is not easy, but I'm working very hard on it and seeing some really good progress.
