  • 32. That’s What She Said on Differences
Last episode of the TWSS series is comin at ya! Apologies if I sound hungry while recording, doing a 40 hour fast and just about ate the mic a few times. Anywho....DIFFERENCES. We all have them. But we are also way more alike than we think. I challenge you to stay true to yourself and don’t let the noise around you convince you that you are anything less than who you know you are to your core. Stay awesome, my beautiful Pod Squad!

  • 31. That's What She Said on Comparison
In this week's edition of That's What She Said, we will focus in on comparison.  Do you compare your life to those around you, leaving yourself stuck in a comparison hangover? Prettier….thinner…younger….fitter….AHHH. Stop it! We’ll unpack some of these on the show, and take a closer look at "it's not supposed to be this way" syndrome. For all things Auddly Enough, visit Linktr.ee/AuddlyEnoughPodcast

  • 29. That's What She Said on Limiting Beliefs
To recognize Women's HIstory Month, the rest of the March episodes will have the theme of "That's What She Said" - inspired by Witty Words from Wise Women - a compliation of B.A quotes from B.A women through the ages - from Beyonce, to Queen Elizabeth! This week's focus is on limiting beliefs.  Limiting beliefs are thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute truth.  I never have so I never will....I have always had trouble doing XYZ, so I will always have trouble in that arena.  We're going to NOPE right out of this mindset, and don't take it from me - take it from Beyonce: “I don’t like to gamble, but if there’s one thing I am willing to bet on, it’s myself”. Choose TODAY to start betting on yourself. Let me and Beyonce light the fire, then release those limiting beliefs with "Psychology Today's" 4 Easy Steps.  Give me a follow and check out the merch at Linktr.ee/AuddlyEnoughPodcastResource: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/focus-forgiveness/201311/4-steps-release-limiting-beliefs-learned-childhood

  • 28. 40 Days & 3 Ways to Be Kind
I wanted to take some time this week to chat about how I am spending the next 40 days – with Lent! Now if you don’t reserve Lent – don’t worry this episode is still for you! What I want to do is share some ways you can spend 40 days….whether religiously...spiritually…but without a doubt, intentionally! So Lent began on Ash Wednesday FEB 17. Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. By observing the 40 days of Lent, Christians replicate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and withdrawal into the desert for 40 days. Lent is marked by fasting, both from food and festivities.Typically I will give up cookies (I am a cookie monster), pizza, beer, wine – my many indulgences. I recently started a wellness plan that cut organizally has cut out all of my indulgence categories...so I had to do some extra pondering on how to reserve this time. So I want to share a journey of 40 days of TAKING ON – rather than 40 days of GIVING UP.  And there are about 30 days left in Lent...so if you need any inspiration of how you can spend the next 30 days with INTENTION - here it is!! Check out all the Auddly Links at: Linktr.ee/AuddlyEnoughPodcast

  • 24. How to Be a GG: The Destination & The Journey
This week, as a contiuition of the purpose statement we created last week, we will take a look at our VISION, and the JOURNEY.
In order to manifest the life that we want, we have to first visualize the specific things I want to accomplish.  I will challenge and guide you in coming up with your list of wild ideas...crazy dreas..the bigger the better - to then hone in on at least 5 that you want to accomplish in the next 5 years.  Then, we'll take a look at the journey.  How am I going to get from point A to point B?  Will there be hiccups?  Surely.  What might those hiccups look like for me, specifically? And how can I put my best foot forward now that I know what I know, and know what I don't know?
Are you ready to realize your dreams,  and see the realities of how you are going to get there?  Cause gosh darnit, my hand is in the pile - will you join me, dreamer? It is time to put the work boots on the words!
You're going to want to have a journal or a notepad ready for this one!   The journal I reference in the show is @TheStartTodayBrand by  thehollisco.com.
