  • 23. Kick-Start Your Year with PURPOSE
ON PURPOSE. With PURPOSE. For PURPOSE.Do you ever take the time to ask yourself: When am I  happiest? When does the time fly by? What daily activities do I look forward to?It is time to manifest what we want out of this year - and it starts with setting a direction.  I know that the beginning of the year..resolutions…goals – can be daunting. If you are like me….I have fell into the trap where I start pinning and posting inspirational quotes, which is good and well – but with no production behind it.So what we are going to do over the next several weeks, is break it down in bite-size pieces - first up: The Purpose Statement.  If we don’t start the year with some sort of purpose statement, we might find ourselves meandering around, and next thing we know, we find ourselves saying “next year is the year”. Just like your company has a mission statement, so must you!  We will break it down into 3 Easy Steps.  Referenced: @JayShetty & @BrendonBurchard (MUST follows on Instagram).   Speaking of social media...Gimme a follow on FB, Insta, YouTube @AuddlyEnoughPodcast. All the ways you can engage with the show can be found at Linktr.ee.AuddlyEnoughPodcast. Stay awesome, my friends!

  • 20. Enough WORDS in 2020
A solo mini-episode coming at you to start the week.  WORDS....  There's so dang many of them.  There's so many ways we can say the things we want to say.  And often, we find that it is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it.  Let's unpack that with a few real-life anecdotes, and application.  I will leave you with this challenge...if you choose to accept it--When you find yourself inclined to judge a person for the way they are speaking or behaving (now more than ever), before you open your mouth to respond, check yourself and your story by asking yourself: Why would a reasonable, rational, decent human being do this? I am telling you, it is a game-changer. I would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastIf you prefer a YouTube format, all the ways in which you can listen to the show can be found at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcastThanks for tuning in - stay AWESOME!For more on the Crucial Conversations framework and videos mentioned, check out https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLq6xHLjpckweKfwcqt2Iaj7ysDdHFzHvN.

  • 19. Enough JOY in 2020 with Keeley
Do you feel like you’re playing a hopeless game of hide-and-seek this year....try as you may, can’t seem to find joy? You are not alone, and nobody could possibly blame you! This week, let us help you get in the holiday spirit - it is truly our pleasure :) My cousin-in-law Keeley always says “challenge accepted” when it comes to bringing the joy - no matter how adverse the situation. It’s her super power! Keeley’s ability seek and spread it through her holiday spirit allows her to leave her mark everywhere she goes. She is a Child Life Specialist, and we take a deep dive into her career and how she challenges herself everyday to incorporate JOY - whether it is an adverse (hospital) setting, in the classroom, or in her personal life. She was a “covid bride” this year, and her realization about what’s most important in this life gave me goosies.I would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastAll the ways in which you can listen to the show can be found at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcast

  • 18. Enough GRATITUDE in 2020
Finding a way to feel and express more gratitude in the year of all years - has Audrey done lost her mind?! Probably...but hear me out. In this week's episode, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, I explain research behind why it can be so dang hard to find goodness in a day.  It is actually science, ya'll!  We are programmed to receive and process more negative information than positive in a given day--FACTS!So this week, I present to you three of my favorite gratitude practices to try to incorporate in your week.  Can you accept this challenge? Because, honestly, can you think of a single bad thing that could come from seeking the good in the day? I would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastAll the ways you can listen to/watch the show can be found at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcastThanks for tuning in - see you next week!

  • 17. Enough KNOWLEDGE in 2020 with Chelsea
It is undeniable that we all have learned A LOT this year.  Maybe you've learned about yourself and how resilient you can be through the year of all years! Or perhaps you learned how to be creative when you're out of toilet paper...One thing we have surely all took a crash course in,  is the distribution and determinants of health-related states and events in specified populations - you guessed it, the iterative practice of epidemiology! This week's guest is my friend and epidemiologist, Chelsea Richard! Tune in to learn about my new favorite word (iterative), how one stumbled into this intriguing practice, and how to become a better consumer of public health knowledge! This year is all about learning !  & Chelsea's wisdom is just the ticket. I would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastIf you prefer a video format, all the ways in which you can listen to the show can be found at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcastThanks for tuning in - see you next week!

  • 16. Enough LIFE in 2020 with Diana Beltran
Diana is a FIRECRACKER in all senses of the word. When it comes to living life, she does it to the absolute fullest. She shares with me the passion and trade and career in hospitality thus far, but it's her journey today, and the road ahead is where the MAGIC happens. We talk wellness, her newfound minimalist lifestyle, as her and her puppy dog Luna have embarked on a "nomadic" experience.  No car....only the essentials...and each 30 days she moves to a new location.  Some call is "slow tourism"...some a "digital nomad"  I call it AMAZING.  My girl needs to write a book!!Her thirst for life, and wanderlusting spirit is truly admirable, I can’t wait to share her with you, and for you to hear her story!  I would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastThe episodes can also be viewed as YouTube videos.  Check out the suite of platforms at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcast.

  • 15. Enough FEAR in 2020
In the true spirit of spooky season, this week’s episode is decidedly on the topic of fear.  If we are being lighthearted... Fear of leg day., or bad breath.  If we’re being a little more serious….Fear of flying...snakes…spiders...heights...the dark. What about the fears that really hold us back in life?Fear of rejection…fear of failure…uncertainty….loneliness…or change.Do you have any overarching fears that are holding you back from getting what you really want? Fear can hold you back in your career, relationships, and your dreams. If we go back to our roots, often times as children we are taught that being fearful is being a scaredy cat, or a chicken.  Fear is good ya'll!  Fear doesn't have to get the worst of us.  I share some insights from my personal journey, and a few excerpts from Jay Shett's Think Like a Monk to unpack the root of fear, and how we can take back control.  Cause fear is a dear friend - she ain't going anywhere...we might as well find a way to better embrace! Would love to interact with you on FB or Insta! @AuddlyEnoughPodcastThe episodes can also be viewed as YouTube videos.  Check out the suite of platforms at https://linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcast.
