Kicking off a new season of the podcast with some lessons learned by both Coach Alessia and Coach Shelby in 2023. We cover business, personal relationships, dating and breakups, sobriety, coaching, and how we're taking those lessons into 2024. Our take away was that last year was fugly for a lot of us. It was important, but it was messy and definitely not easy and we are peeling back the curtains and what went on last year in both of our lives and keeping it unfiltered.
