And in our biggest interview yet, we pin down the GC G-man: Geraint Thomas is (lightly) cross examined on everything from his Tour de France hopes to what he will do when he retires, arm wrestling professional rugby players, his favourite crash, and what he can and can't do on a stag do. Oh, and stuff he's nicked from previous teams. If you used to employ Geraint, we'd appreciate if you didn't listen.

And in a feature-packed episode we get to the bottom of Raya's recent high-speed injury and hospitalisation, and a unique Velominati that unbelievably, Stephen doesn't think goes far enough.
