Stephen and Raya are out and about (once again!) but this time in Surrey - where a fully stocked gym hones into view.

But instead of just getting a coffee and cake and watching yummy mummies doing Pilates at the speed of a glacier, they are put through their paces with Alice Tourell North, an olympian and top level triathlete.
