This Sunday millions of people around the world will celebrate the Indian holiday of Diwali. The “Festival Of Lights” has fascinated me for the longest time but to be honest I never really understood what it was all about, we always treated it like an “Indian Christmas”. 大家好，我是小佳。欢迎大家来到乐活21天营养减脂系列课的第21课。这也是我们这次系列课的最后一课。提到减肥，相信每个人都有一段辛酸史，饿过肚子，累到肌肉酸痛，甚至还花了不少钱，但是效果并不理想。你可能常常会遇到这三大问题：第一，坚持不下来   谁都知道减肥要少吃多动，但这太难了，看着好吃的不能多吃，下班回来累坏了还要逼自己运动，这简直是反人性，不是吗？所以一次次的减肥，最后都变成了心血来潮，没多久就不了了之；第二，容易反弹好不容易瘦了点，但是没多久就反弹回去，让人很泄气，我发现不少学员都是在做溜溜球式减肥，也就是说体重像溜溜球一样上上下下，瘦的快，反弹的也快，就是保持不住，甚至没怎么见瘦，反而越减越胖；第三，减肥的过程太折磨，充满了负面情绪减肥就像上战场一样，绷紧了神经，过日子实在太累了，比如每天都要很克制的生活，只要稍微没克制住，就会深深自责，还要紧盯着体脂称，只要没看到效果，就忍不住怀疑是不是自己哪里做错了，这种感觉很压抑，也很煎熬。如果你听完觉得：对对对，我就是这样子的，那我要告诉你，你可能把减肥的方向给搞错了。其实，人是一个整体，减肥是一个综合性的工作，饮食、情绪、睡眠、运动、肠道功能，5个方面都是我们需要关注的地方，任何一个环节有变化，都会导致减不下去肥。身体由水分，蛋白质，脂肪和其他无机盐组成，任何一个成分的减少，都会导致体重变轻，而且也很容易实现，例如，不吃饭，不喝水，吃泻药，汗蒸都可以实现体重变轻，但是减的并不是脂肪，只有减脂才是真减肥。根据我对上百名学员的饮食观察，90%以上的胖以及不健康的饮食习惯都是有着深层的心理因素的。怎么改变原来的坏习惯还不觉得委屈呢？这背后要了解许多身心规律，懂得借用身体的智慧，你才能轻轻松松坚持下来，用片面的对抗的态度来减肥，一不小心就会让努力变成蛮力。传统意义上的少吃多运动往往不起作用，反而容易反弹，因为它损伤了基础代谢，降低了食物热效应，还使得食欲大增又或者饮食障碍。砖家们说：“每天500卡热量差，一周后可以瘦一斤！”But。。。。减了20年的肥，越减越肥！你一定怨恨自己意志力薄弱，但你也一定见过那些怎么吃都不胖的人，他们的意志力可是杠杠的，可你见他们胖了吗？所以，减肥和意志力真的无关。如果你总要“坚持”减肥，那势必是会失败的。那和什么有关？人们往往将一个人肥胖的原因归结为“管不住嘴，迈不开腿”。事实是，当瘦素（因为瘦素阻抗）失去作用的时候，保存能量成为一个不受意志控制的生化过程。生化过程在这个变化中起了主导作用，体重增加只是现象，而“管不住嘴，迈不开腿”的行为是生物化学的结果，不是肥胖的根本原因。想要减肥成功，我们还必须面对动力的问题，任何方式的减肥都是持久战，所以动力永远是减肥的头号劲敌。这就是为什么我在咨询时反反复复探寻来访者的减肥意愿是否强烈的原因。如果肥胖者本身动力不够，是没有办法减肥成功的。其实很多人在减肥中有着各种各样的误区和盲区，比如说我们每次看到自己的赘肉，就觉得很讨厌，于是经常去照镜子，看自己瘦了没，胖了没，以为这样会激发斗志去减肥，可你知道吗？越讨厌自己的胖就越难瘦下来，因为你身体里充满了自我嫌弃，就没有力量来行动，再比如很多时候，我们吃的太多，可能既不是因为饿，也不是因为馋，而是因为心理需要，你是不是在心情不好的时候就格外爱吃高糖分高热量的东西呢？当我们没办法疏导自己的坏心情，就会在不知不觉中情绪性进食，这时候一心只想管住嘴巴是没有用的。所以，只要掌握了正确的方法，你大可以不必苦大仇深，也不必消耗意志力。不管你是为了健康，还是为了自信而减肥，减肥，其实只是一个手段而已，单纯盯着赘肉死磕，即使瘦下来了，你真的就能得到你想要的东西吗？在做营养咨询的时候，我被问到最多的问题就是：“可以给我做个食谱，然后照着这个食谱吃就可以减肥或者调理三高吗”？这常常让我倍感无奈。的确，国内大众接触正确的营养概念机会不多，对于营养师，则更多停留在“营养师=食谱”的理解上。然而，即便是这样，你相信借助一个外力就能毫不费力的减脂或降三高吗？显然是不现实的。希望轻轻松松的收获苗条的身材是大多数人的梦想。于是市面上涌现了许多“轻松减肥不反弹”这样如此吸引眼球的广告标语，惹得想减肥的人们两眼发绿。减肥机构五花八门，从针灸拔罐到各种代餐塑身霜，方式琳琅满目，价格也参差不齐。这些方法短期效果可能是立竿见影的，但反弹肯定也历历在目了，因为一旦脱离了产品和机构，大多数人都是无所适从的，他们不知道怎样吃，也不知道肥胖的原因到底在哪，想要努力，也无从下手，到最后，要么逐日恢复到原来的状态，要么因为害怕反弹选择少吃多运动来维持体重，然后任其身体状态每况愈下。大家如果只是不断的讨论什么能吃什么不能吃，吃哪种东西长肉，做什么运动减脂，就会因关注技术细节而模糊了问题的真正焦点。减肥真正的焦点是：为什么我们没有足够强的意志力去鼓励自己做应该做的，控制自己不吃不应该吃的？其实减肥最关键在于培养并坚持一种好习惯，无论是每天运动，还是常年吃健康餐，好习惯一旦养成，减肥不可能不成功。培养好习惯时不仅要解决心理不适，也要掌握科学的方法。如果你不了解人的大脑对于新习惯的生理反应，坚持好习惯就特别难。为什么说我是21天零负担减肥教练减肥教练的身份，是希望大家明白，所有人都拥有自主解决问题的能力，我能做的是帮助大家更好的发现自己的问题，更好的思考，找到解决问题的答案。我是大家的镜子，通过镜子，你能看到自己真实的生活状态。真正能为此负责的人是我们自己，不是别人。能改变现状的也只有自己，是主观的，与客观情况关系不大。先审视自己，接纳自己，才能由衷的做出改变。营养师和减肥教练的区别是理论和落地的区别，照本宣科的减肥很难落到实处，而教练更多在于陪伴，督导，指引和训练。你只有由衷的接受一个观点，才能把它落到实处，并持续执行。许多朋友对于营养管理的概念还很陌生，不知道这究竟是做什么，可以达到什么效果，其实这就好比健身教练，根据你的个体情况，贴身的对你进行指导和训练，通过一段时间的积累，除了让你养成锻炼身体的好习惯，同时教会你正确的运动方法，从而达到你想要的效果。当然，请私教和只办一张健身年卡还是有本质的区别的（去过健身房的都懂的）。【乐活21天营养减脂营】是培养一个好习惯的开始，在这里，你可以体验到营养管理的减脂效果，和一帮愿意改善自己、成就自己的盟友共同进步，找到最适合你的减脂方法，改善常年困扰你的各种不适，真正实现健康瘦。我希望通过这样的饮食指导训练，让大家明白，节食多运动并不能减肥，我们完全不需要用节食去折磨自己，减肥其实很简单，要克服的不是吃，而是习惯。我想要给你的不只是减肥，而是帮你通过减肥打开新的人生，我不会吹嘘你想变多瘦就能变多瘦，也不会鼓励你追求短时间内就减掉多少斤，所以如果你想要快速减肥，但是不要求长久的效果，那么你可能不适合找我做营养管理。我希望你能收获到的是很容易坚持去做的减肥方法，更轻松的减肥过程，更长效的减肥效果，还有更快乐的自己。如果减肥不仅仅是为了减轻体重，而是为了促进你去反省，督促你去看到不愿意看到的真相，解决你不敢面对的问题，那曾经的肥胖实在就是上帝想借助减肥这件事来让你成长的幸事。减肥不是和脂肪战斗，而是和内心的恐惧正面开战，和人生中很多事一样，我们错就错在把一辈子的事情当成一阵子的事，减肥如此，经营婚姻如此，看书学习也如此。好了，我们乐活21天营养减脂系列课就到此结束，大家课后如果有什么疑问，可以加入我们的社群，一起讨论，分享，还有机会可以赢得我们训练营的名额哦！感谢大家的聆听，再见！

减肥是一辈子的事，和意志力真的无关

大家好，我是小佳。欢迎大家来到乐活21天营养减脂系列课的第20课。转眼就到4月了，人们常说，3月不减肥，4月5月6月。。涂伤悲，最近又许多人找我咨询减肥，个个摩拳擦掌的样子，蓄势待发。春暖花开的日子本来特别美好，可是一脱外套就严重暴露了你的内在美，实在尴尬，想到再过2个月烈日炎炎，肉肉完全遮不住的时候，真是恨不得下一秒就开始行动。在这个追求颜值的时代，大家都想要足够瘦足够美，可是我们立了无数个fiag，为什么总是以失败告终呢？到底是什么 原因让我们越减越没有信心呢？学员小A：“星期天满是动力，信誓旦旦地说下周开始节食，熬了好几天不吃饭不吃肉，然后周四突然有些坚持不下去了，下了班去见了几个好朋友，被拉着聚会逛街，逛着逛着就进不去诱惑，告诉自己“就例外一次”，然后就胡吃海喝，既然都已经破戒了，那不如一次性吃个痛快，结果大吃好几顿，减肥事业从此告一段落。”学员阿平：“几个月前花了大几千办了一张健身卡，立下誓言说要天天运动，打卡发朋友圈，坚持了一段时间之后，周四因为见完朋友觉得太累，心想休息一天也不会有什么影响啊，接着周五正好手头有个事情，结果就拖下来了，再也没去健身房。”你是不是也经历过以上的场景？你知道这样的减肥模式带来的结果是什么？体重开始像摆钟一样来回摆动，时而降，时而升，反反复复，你会发现，经历过一段长时间的波动之后，你甚至比减肥前更胖了！why？从生理层面上来说，以节食来瘦身的前1~2周，体重会迅速下降，但接着人体的”防卫系统”便会对节食所造成的热量减少作出保护反应。即是降低基础代谢率来减少能量消耗，所以节食的越严格或越久，基础代谢率就会变得越慢，节食减肥满6个月，人体的基础代谢率会降低4成，甚至到最后即使每天只吃一点，体重都不会下降的原因。减重的成绩和速度是一样，并没有更多或更快，所以结果就是“体重下降一段时间之后就会进入停滞期。”从心理层面来说，当我们极端的节食时，会导致我们对高热量的食物有更强烈的欲望，特别是那些高糖高脂高碳水的食物。同时，因为我们已经用掉了很多意志力去控制食欲，控制力会慢慢枯竭。这样的结果是一方面我们的控制力不行，另一方面我们的食欲又大增，一旦遇到没事的诱惑，就非常容易暴饮暴食。自暴自弃之后又会心生内疚和对自己的怨恨，接着更极端的去节食，这样的话就会更加暴饮暴食。长此以往的结果就是，我们的身体以为我们在经历重复的饥荒，这样当下一次我们暴饮暴食时，消化系统会更有效的吸收营养，然后转化为脂肪储存起来，结果导致体重不断上升，同时自尊心又不断下降，懊恼自己怎么总管不住自己。所以，如果你此刻还是在如此反复的循环中，请你尽快停止这样的减肥方法。这样不但不利于减脂，反而会让你身体陷入恶性循环，万劫不复！我们都知道，要减肥就要制造能量缺口。而能量的消耗有三个途径：新陈代谢，运动，和食物消化。你知道在这三个途径中，哪一个占最大的比重吗？是运动，还是新陈代谢，还是食物消化？答案是新陈代谢。我们常常只盯着运动，往往忽略其实新陈代谢占总能量消耗的65%左右。所以想要不节食不运动的同时还可以适当的减肥，其实最聪明的办法就是加速我们的新陈代谢。调整新陈代谢最主要通过生活习惯的改变，而这些习惯的改变比节食运动要简单得太多了：比如均衡饮食；多喝水；多摄入优质蛋白；早餐吃饱吃好；规律运动；保障充足的睡眠；服用深海鱼油、维生素B族。

加速新陈代谢才是减肥的硬道理

大家好，我是小佳。欢迎大家来到乐活21天营养减脂系列课的第19课。怎么抗衰/护肤/补胶原蛋白？很多女性都知道，女人过了25岁就要开始用抗衰护肤品。为什么是25岁呢？因为女性25之后身体内雌激素开始下降，这里面既有内分泌的原因（内因），又有紫外线过度照射和皮肤毛孔改变（外因）的问题。但是你有没发现，有些人用了许许多多顶级的护肤品，却依旧是“老样子”？ 其实，护肤品更多是「表面功夫」，本职工作是清洁、保湿和防晒；而美白、抗皱、抗糖化、祛痘.....这些功效需要的是由内而外的「调理」，说白了，和吃有很大的关系。我们的身体需要各种各样的营养，而皮肤作为身体最大器官，当然也需要维生素、矿物质、蛋白质、碳水...健康均衡的饮食才是摄取这些物质基础最根本的途径！ 有人喜欢买“胶原蛋白”保健品，殊不知，吃此胶原蛋白不等于补那胶原蛋白，与其花重金吃这些蛋白含量很低的合成蛋白，还不如多吃些新鲜的鸡鸭鹅、猪、鱼的皮，多补充些鸡蛋和牛奶，同时多吃蔬菜水果，保证维生素C的摄入。因为维生素C和维生素A能够刺激真皮层中产生胶原蛋白的细胞(成纤维细胞)，加速胶原蛋白的生产。把“地基”打牢，才是留存“少女感”的硬道理。身边的朋友都知道，我在护肤上就是个名副其实的“懒女人”。我的化妆台上，不超过3样护肤品，充其量就是水、乳、大不了再加个眼霜。无论品牌，反正看着顺眼就买，用着合适就用。 闺蜜群里一众闺蜜每天热火朝天的讨论护肤化妆，我一点都插不上嘴。因为我真没研究这些，我也不感兴趣。我所认为的美，是由内而外的，外在美、内在美，皆是。营养均衡（缓解胰岛素抵抗），多吃优质蛋白（补充胶原蛋白），多喝水（促进代谢循环），谷豆搭配（补水保湿），是让皮肤看起来更加柔嫩细致有光泽的基础，规律的运动，良好的心态是保持精致状态的永恒之道。 如果你在节食减肥，不吃主食不吃肉，甚至天天啃草，那真是要当心啦。蛋白不够，不光皮肤粗糙暗淡，还有可能会脱发！想摆脱痘痘，比起吃啥抹啥，管住嘴才是第一重要的。日常避开高糖、高GI食物，少吃油炸和红肉，少喝牛奶（是的，有可能是牛奶不耐受）补充B6和B7能够控制油脂的分泌；B3和B5可以能帮助稳定肌肤，对抗炎症。 人类一直梦想彻底了解衰老的机制。曾经一度以为、衰老的最大原因是『氧化』。氧化、可以理解为人体的『生锈』。而直到近年来、通过糖尿病等领域的研究、其实还有另一个存在感一点都不比氧化差、甚至可能戏份更高的罪魁、那就是糖化。糖化可以理解为人体的『烧焦』。香浓的牛奶布丁上洒满白糖，用受热的勺子直接加热白糖，糖与布丁里的蛋白质受热反应变成了香脆可口的焦糖，这就是最直接的糖化反应，焦糖就是AGE。不仅仅是焦糖，像红烧肉、糖醋排骨、糖醋鱼、糖醋里脊.......这些好吃的都存在着直接的糖化反应，而这些形成的AGEs十分的美味，忍不住就会多吃几口，但仅有30%左右可被胃肠道吸收，多余的未能被吸收的AGEs在体内流窜就会引起一些不好的事情，那就是糖化危害。 糖化的危害摄入过量的糖会引起很多疾病！在身体细胞里胶原蛋白是最容易受到糖份攻击的，一旦受到攻击就会发生质变，变脆失去弹性，变得松弛、出现皱纹、同时还奉送暗沉与色斑。短期内觉得皮肤突然变差的你要反思一下是不是糖吃的太多了！糖尿病是糖化作用做突出的表现，可以发现糖尿病人会比同龄人更显老。小朋友都知道吃多糖会蛀牙，但也要知道吃多糖会让皮肤变差、显老还会生病！如何抗糖化？减少糖摄入啊！养成正确的饮食习惯，碳水化合物要控制在合理的范围，将可能摄入糖的饮食逐量的减少，比如以前一周要吃三块蛋糕，慢慢减少为一周一次，平常外食时注意米饭点小份、甜点甜饮料等一定要尽可能克制；避免煎烤油炸类食物，日常的烹调方式多以低温处理为主，调味料也要减少。合理饮食、睡眠充足、保持运动（养成餐后30分钟到一小时的步行有利于对抗糖化）、不要吸烟，是抵抗糖化延缓衰老的不二法门！注意，戒糖不是断碳水、而是少吃添加糖、精碳水，尽量避开容易让血糖值在餐后飙升的食物、也就是高GI食物。什么是高GI食物：快来制作专属你的减肥食物清单吧！（附常见食物GI、GL表） 如果你有以下的情况，那就说明你餐后的血糖过高，引起了强烈的血糖震荡，这样长期下去，不仅会长胖，还有变老，得糖尿病。。。餐后2小时左右开始感觉饿、并在其后1-2小时中这种空腹感依然存在、难以消除。此外还有两个非常重要的征兆：①餐前饿起来好像要饿出人命、饿到天昏地转、无法忍受。②餐后觉得特别困倦、特别想睡、要支撑眼皮不耷拉下来好像要使出浑身的气力都还不够。千万不要觉得现在自己还年轻，胡吃海喝也不觉得胖就乱来，年轻人代谢旺盛，所以好像“怎么吃都不怕”，可是随着年龄上去、代谢能力下降之后、AGEs将会越来越难以有效排出、越来越容易积蓄体内、造成各种健康损害。每个人都想活出比同龄人年轻30岁的样子，但衰老终不能幸免，我们可能没办法让现在的皮肤变得更好，但我们可以维护好健康、做好皮肤保养，让30年后的皮肤还能像今天这样。。。 没有人能随随便便成功，也没有人能轻轻松松变美，好的皮肤是吃出来的，坏的皮肤也是吃出来的。想要100分的美丽，科学的护肤+健康饮食才是标准答案！给皮肤减负，给身体加分，“减”单生活，营出好肌肤！

想要活出比同龄人年轻30岁的样子，就要懂得抵抗糖化延缓衰老！

大家好，我是小佳。欢迎大家来到乐活21天营养减脂系列课的第18课。过去的几节课里，我们反复谈到一个营养元素，就是碳水化合物，它和发胖这事有着非常密切的关系。以至于有很多人误解说减肥就是不要吃碳水化合物，其实是大家理解有偏差了。那么，今天就让我们来认真了解一下我们日常生活中摄入最多的营养成分——碳水化合物，看看我们到底要不要吃它。 碳水化合物包括了糖、淀粉和纤维素，在我们日常饮食中，谷物、豆类、淀粉类蔬菜、水果、糖这些都是碳水。 它们有一个共同的特点：来源于植物。淀粉是植物储存能量的方式。纤维为植物提供了结构。当我们吃淀粉含量高的碳水时，吸收的热量多而且快，当我们吃纤维含量高的碳水时，吸收的热量少而且慢。碳水化合物的本质其实就是不同的糖类组合在一起形成的混合物。它主要分为：简单碳水——单糖（葡萄糖、果糖）、双糖（乳糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖）复杂碳水——多糖（淀粉、糖原、纤维素）相比起带有纤维素的碳水化合物，像一块饼干、一碗白米饭这种食物进入人体后消化吸收更快，致使血液里葡萄糖迅速上升，如果一次性进食太多的碳水化合物，胰岛素则需要加班加点的去降血糖，长此以往，频繁的高碳水比例饮食，尤其是精制米面、加工食品，导致胰岛素日积月累高负荷地忙着把血液中的葡萄糖「塞给」身体其他细胞，当身体细胞渐渐地不耐烦了，不再听胰岛素使唤，产生「胰岛素抵抗」。由于胰岛素抵抗，胰岛素不再能有效地降低血糖了，于是就导致高血糖。 长期的高血糖会给身体带来炎症、并且在全身各器官产生并发症，也就是我们常说的糖尿病。大家都知道吃糖会胖、会增加糖尿病风险，却忽视了米面和其他高碳水的食物其实也会对身体肥胖也起到了巨大贡献。谷类为主，是中国人平衡膳食模式的重要特征。我国居民膳食中50%以上的能量、蛋白质、B1、烟酸、锌和镁，40%的B2、铁和30%的钙都是来自谷薯类及杂豆类食物。谷类食物含有丰富的碳水化合物，它是提供人体所需能量的最经济、最重要的食物来源，也是提供B族维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维和蛋白质的重要食物来源，在保障儿童青少年生长发育，维持人体健康方面发挥着重要作用。但是现代工农业让谷类过度精加工，导致B族维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维丢失而引起摄入量不足，这些因素都可以增加亚健康的发生风险。所以，不是说减肥就不要吃主食，不要吃谷类食物，而是要营养均衡，增加全谷物比例，减少精细白米白面、精制加工的食品，例如火腿、蟹柳、饼干、枣糕、甜点、烘焙、饮料、果汁、糖果等等的摄入。大家平日要留意身边的精制碳水，防止“病从口入”。另外，还有一些吃起来不甜却很容易长肉的食物也要注意，很多人以为，吃起来不甜的东西，里面的糖一定比较少，比带甜味的糖要对血糖影响小。其实不然，实际上许多吃起来不甜甚至是咸味的食物中含有的“精制碳水”进入到我们的肠道中之后成为葡萄糖，快速吸收后迅速升高血糖水平，升糖速度和糖不相上下。淀粉类的食物糊化程度越高，对血糖的影响越大。举几个“栗子”：白米粥白米本身的纤维含量非常低。此外，许多人喜欢喝有粘稠口感的白粥（广东人最爱），这是由于白米的淀粉糊化之后产生的口感，但淀粉类的食物糊化程度越高，对血糖的影响越大。怎样吃它更好：不妨将白粥换成带有杂粮谷物和各种豆类的杂粮豆粥，再配上一些新鲜蔬菜和蛋白质（鸡蛋、牛奶等），可以有效减缓血糖升高的速度。白馒头、花卷、白面包等“干粮”小麦加工程度越高，其中含有的纤维和B族维生素丢失得越多，对血糖的影响也越大。因此，白馒头、花卷、白面包虽然吃上去不甜，由于主要成分是精制碳水，无法成为健康的主食选择。此外，市面上许多所谓的杂粮馒头、杂粮面包的主要成分还是精制小麦粉，跟白馒头、白面包差别不大 。怎样吃它更好：控制摄入的份量，不建议一个人吃掉一个较大的馒头/花卷/面包。可以两三人一起分享，再配上绿叶蔬菜和优质蛋白质选择。面和白馒头一样，面主要也是精制小麦粉制作而成。虽然由于汤料和配菜的关系吃起来不甜，对血糖的影响却较大。怎样吃它更好：自己在家煮面的时候，可以适当少煮一些面，配上更多的非淀粉类蔬菜和健康蛋白质。另外需要提醒注意的是，许多看起来很健康的荞麦面的主要成分也是精制小麦粉，购买的时候需要仔细看配料表，尽量选择荞麦粉在第一位的产品。土豆泥土豆中的纤维含量较低，而加工程度较高的土豆泥（尤其是速食的土豆泥）比起带皮的烤土豆而言更容易被人体消化吸收， 血糖升高速度更快。怎样吃它更好：尽量选择青椒土豆丝或者与其它食材一起烹饪制作的土豆菜式，尽量让土豆与其天然状态相近。此外，吃土豆的时候需要相应减少其它主食的摄入，像土豆丝卷饼或土豆丝盖饭这样的“主食配主食”还是少吃一点吧。年糕年糕也是一种由精制谷物制作的食品。此外，糯米的升糖指数比大米更高，因此年糕简直是一种升血糖“神器”。怎样吃它更好：控制年糕的食用量是最好的方法。另外，不建议单独食用年糕或者作为甜食（比如红豆年糕汤），可以配上青菜、豆芽、肉丝、笋、虾等一起食用，延缓血糖上升的速度。

不吃主食减不了肥，碳水化合物应该这样吃

大家好，我是小佳。欢迎大家来到乐活21天营养减脂系列课的第17课。今天我们来讲讲假期里的饮食策略。我们知道一年里面有很多个节日，平时周末或节假日我们都会和亲朋好友一起出去聚餐旅游，难免会吃多，很多人是每逢佳节胖三斤，那么，难道这个坑就没法避免吗？  假期饮食防肥攻略：（1）高糖、高精白淀粉类食物；高烹调油、高脂肪类食物；或者前两者结合既高脂肪又高糖或高精白淀粉的东西，这三类食物尽量不吃。例如：年糕、甜品、肥肉、炸薯条、冰淇淋、饮料、蛋糕、巧克力等等。（2）由于假期里运动量较平日少，所以要注意每餐7/8份饱，每样食物可品尝一点，但切忌过量。（3）果汁、酒类的不要过量，它们属于纯热量，吸收非常快，容易提升血糖，囤积脂肪，精制碳水要尽量控制在全天饮食的5%（4）蛋白质类以白肉为主，如鸡肉、鱼肉，可多吃深海鱼，保证每日蛋、奶类的摄入。（5）减少零食里的果脯、蜜饯、糖果的摄入，坚果、瓜子类注意控量，如果吃多了这一类，油脂类的食物就要减少，太油腻的食物要涮水。（6）多吃蔬菜（每日1斤），多喝水，成人体重kg乘以32ml（纯水、柠檬水、菊花水、少油的汤水），留意大便情况，保证每日通便。（7）购买年货食品记得看食物标签，配料表里面前三位有糖的说明含糖量很高，配料表行数超过3行的，尽量不选，记住两个“3”。（8）开高速回家路上，不建议司机吃大餐，不要吃过饱，保持一定饥饿感，红牛、咖啡饮品只能作为暂时补充提神，开长途不建议喝，因为它们本质上也是糖饮料，会让你血糖不平稳。（9）过年水果多为含糖量高的柑橘类，比如砂糖橘之类，个头小，糖分高，容易过量，要注意适量进食。（10）进餐顺序：汤-蔬菜-海鲜-去皮畜禽-主食和红肉。以上是假期里饮食的指引，给大家借鉴参考。除了以上这些，还记得多运动，少葛优躺。提前预知了这些饮食原则，做到心里有数就行，面对家人亲戚的“多吃点儿”，一定不要宣称自己在减肥，那可是会受到“讨伐”的，最后搞得自己和家人心情都受影响，所以每次一小口，尽量让自己看上去“一直在吃”，给自己备多个小碗，吃慢点儿就行，只要你不是每顿吃撑了，其实问题不大。减肥是一辈子的事情，维持体重不应该只关注假期这几天，也不需要一个劲儿的暗示自己这不能吃那不能吃，越警示越违背，平时多注意饮食，养成良好的饮食习惯，假期就不用慌。

She got it by developing many, many good qualities.

221 Invest Your Gold in Merit

Have you ever seen a stupa before? Or maybe just a photo? Stupas hold the relics of the Supreme Buddha or Arahant disciples of the Supreme Buddha. Usually these relics are small pieces of bone or hair, or sometimes teeth. Showing respect to these places is a very powerful way of collecting merit, isn’t it. We learned all about that in the last programme. Well, how many of you have helped to build a stupa? This is a very rare opportunity in the world. In today’s episode we’ll learn about a young girl who showed respect to the relics by offering something you might not expect.

220 A Girl Gifts Gold to a Stupa

When we are with each other we get to learn all sorts of things that help us be better people. The more we learn from our good Dhamma friends, the easier it is to remember to do the right things, even when it is difficult. This is important to remember when we do bad things… no matter what, the Buddha reminds us that we can give up doing bad things by following his teachings. And when we spend time with good people like this, we naturally start to give up these bad actions.



One of those bad qualities we need to give up is being disrespectful towards other people. Especially being disrespectful to those people whom we should respect, like monastics, our parents, our teachers, and our older relatives. Even in the time of the Supreme Buddha not everyone respected these people. Now a days especially people seem to forget to be respectful. When we aren’t respectful, it’s not just something that affects us in this life, but it can also have bad consequences in the future as well.
