Atish plays from the soul with a smile on his face. His charm flows as freely as his grooves, and his infectious personality is poured into every performance. The links he makes are not just musical but personal, too, as he communicates the highs and lows of life through his sounds. As an unmistakably warm person, he has quickly built up a dedicated fan base that feeds off his passion and energy. The Atish experience is about more than just dancing - it's about connection.

There is an intimacy and elegance to the music Atish plays whether it's deep house, Romanian minimal, artful techno, or emotive progressive house. Melody unites it all - whimsical keys and curious synth patterns that stir a wide range of emotions and get lodged deep in the memory. For Atish, the challenge is to lead an audience into unexpected new worlds: they won't know how they got there but will be delighted when they arrive. It's a subtle skill he has mastered
while never taking himself too seriously.

His own productions have come on cultured labels like Anjunadeep, Satya, and Stil Vor Talent. The Manjumasi Music label he co-founded with Mark Slee in 2016 deals in house with real heart and musicality. The aim is simply to work with artists whose music they admire; to give a leg up to those who deserve it, then watch them grow, whether with his label or elsewhere.

He is similarly open-minded and candid on social media and recently wrote some software to analyze a year's worth of playlists before discussing the results. He's also keen to demystify the often shadowy and secretive world of DJing and production and open it up to all, which is why he started his own unique party series, Late Night Tonite. Each event started with a sit-down interview with the guest and a conversation about the creative arts before the dancing began.
That now dormant concept led Atish to start his own mentorship program during the Covid lockdowns. He continues it to this day, with students enjoying one-on-one coaching, feedback, and advice sessions in which he shares what he has learned about all aspects of the industry.

In truth, this career chose him rather than the other way around: as a long-time and obsessive music collector, he was happy enough to play on the side around his software engineering day job. But he was making such a mark on the parties he played that word got out and the bookings kept on coming. He decided to throw himself into music rather than live to regret the missed opportunity and hasn't looked back since.

Atish has forged his own path and proven that DJs need not hide behind the music. Instead, Atish is right there to share the moments with you.

My life reflected in music:

I lost countless friends, classmates and associates before I even reached the age of 19, all to tragedies. 
Totally emotionally overwhelming. 
It had a profound impact on my life, and no one helped when I told them. It makes the medical field very uncomfortable to be told of so many losses.
Additionally, 3 acquaintances of mine were murdered young, and so was a former friend's dad when I was 24.  A formerly close family friend's brother was a homeless veteran when he was beaten to death by several people, and her grandpa lost his life in the bar he owned when she was still a kid.
Also lost a favorite teacher and my friends' parents/classmates' parents, ]plural] when I was still a child, and had to go to all their funerals! 
The others were lost when I was still under age 21. Lost both grandpas in early childhood. Then, lost my only brother and mother at the same time on Sept 26, 2021.

Of an ebullient and highly energetic nature,  sHe was born tHe middle child to a GAO.Gov executive and former secretary to a bank Prsident. 
She interned at Channel 43 television station as a teenager in NE OHIO... By age 17, she had left an abusive home and, starting in 1989 as a teen, she rode the rails of Amtrak cross country  alone.
Considered a natural actress,
she first trod the boards at age four .

Into the final months of the tumultuous 1960's tumbled Wendy W.  
She lost her older and only brother to a supposed suicide on Sept 24, 2O21. He was 53 years old.  Her mother, Celine (nee Walko)  passed away less than two days later.
She later wrote that she took 197Os  barrettes with her when she moved..

"and my little perfume I played acting with from age 8'.   



She Had her own music column in a regional paper and, later, wrote, produced, and created the character of 'Miss X', the mysterious host of Night Owls radio on blogtalkradio.com/miss-x, after hearing the name on a old episode of the American tv show Gomer pyle, USMC.

     After decades of extreme tragedies and seemingly impassable barriers,  SHE EARNED HER MBA in April, 2023, with a 3.84 GPA.
    
   A prolific, published writer from childhood, she would expand on the scenes in tv, film and  books, such as "Oliver Twist", by adding stories to explain Nancy's childhood while acting out both gender roles.



At the age of 16, she played Mrs. Bedwin in a production of "Oliver!"

Wendy W is descended on her mother's side from wealthy landowners who had peasants working their land in Dresden, Germany. Her Maternal Great Grandparents were mostly born in Austria, except for Mary Slaninka, great grandmother, born near presov, Slovakia, in 1884.

  a love interest told her that her voice reminded him of Nina.


She suffered extreme, tragic, early losses from the age of 3, having lost over 15 young friends, parents of friends, and associates before she reached the age of 21. much of which is reflected in her original music and the songs she chooses to cover. She also wrote her first novel at the age of 19, a mostly-autobiographical account of her losses and experiences with punk rock. It was chosen for publication in England several years later, and made several who read it cry for their relation to the material. 

Leaving home at age 17, she began writing songs at age 19 after a period of total despair and trauma, isolating herself in her bedroom with a stereo and cassette recorder, emerging in November of 1991 with songs written.

From 1995 until 2008 I was a Music Video Commissioner.  I worked at A&M Records and then transitioned to Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records in 2000 when A&M was bought by Universal Music Group.
