Der  Podcast richtet sich an alle Menschen die sich für psychische Gesundheit und Erkrankung interessieren. Wie der Titel schon sagt, gibt es nicht nur den einen Weg zum psychischen Wohlbefinden. 
Jeden Monat gibt es eine neue Folge, in der ein Expert*innen-Interview geführt wird. Expert*innen können sowohl Betroffene und Angehörige als auch Fachleute wie Psychiater*innen, Sozialarbeiter*innen und Therapeut*innen sein. In den Gesprächen werden Themen rund um Depressionen, Burnout, Ängste, Sucht, Trauma, Suizidalität... besprochen. Dabei sollen möglichst keine Fachbegriffe verwendet werden, sodass auch jemand, der sich noch nie mit den Themen befasst hat, dem Gespräch folgen kann.
Die Informationen im Podcast sind persönliche Erfahrungen von einzelnen Personen und sollen Sie dazu anregen Ihren eigenen Weg zu finden. Sie ersetzen aber keinesfalls Gespräche mit Fachärzt*innen, Sozialarbeiter*innen oder Therapeut*innen.
