This is the first part of a three part episode where Ria and Xhejlan start talking in detail about their childhood and the culture they grew up in. There may be some trigger warnings in this one and the ones that follow. We talk pretty in depth about abuse and the trauma faced from that abuse.  As we said in the previous episode, it's going to get a little rocky and raw, so strap yourselves in and buckle up for the ride. 

Genuinely, we are each so grateful to be sharing this journey with you guys. We know deep in our hearts that telling these stories may help someone out there, and for that alone we are truly grateful for your ears and empathy!
