Shut Up and Ride

THE ONE AND ONLY BECKY MOODY IS ON THE POD!

Legendary dressage rider Becky Moody joins Ben, Jenny and Simon for an episode that’s bold, honest, and absolutely unforgettable. As the rider who stepped up to replace Charlotte Dujardin at the Paris Olympics — and helped secure a bronze medal for Team GB — Becky brings the real talk behind the pressure, the passion, and the podium.

But this isn’t just another competition recap. Becky gets candid about:
The emotional rollercoaster of competing in Paris
The pressure to pretend on social media
And yes, her love for a good Jägerbomb

Funny, fearless and completely herself, Becky Moody doesn’t hold back — and that’s exactly why this is one of our favourite episodes yet.

Hit play and hear the side of Becky you won’t get in a press interview.
